Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Cleaning Calculator collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use the Cleaning Calculator mobile app (published in Spanish as Calculadora de Limpieza), this website, support channels, and related services.

Who we are

Cleaning Calculator is operated by PrimeWillCall Corp. For privacy requests or questions, contact support@cleaningwithme.app.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the app, and information from service providers that help us operate the product.

• Account information, such as email address, authentication provider, and account identifiers used for sign-in.
• Business setup information, such as business name, service area, preferred language, pricing method, rates, add-ons, recurring discount settings, clean-type checklists, and logo images you choose to upload.
• Client and job information you enter, such as your clients' names, phone numbers, addresses, bookings, notes, quotes, and invoices.
• Estimate information, such as saved quote details, job inputs, selected extras, recurring visit settings, and calculated totals.
• Google Business Profile information, only if you choose to connect it. See Google Business Profile.
• Support information, such as messages you send us, screenshots you choose to provide, and details needed to respond to your request.
• Payment and subscription information, such as subscription status, plan, renewal dates, transaction identifiers, customer identifiers, amounts, taxes, refund status, and chargeback or dispute information. Full payment card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Cleaning Calculator.
• Technical information, such as app version, device type, operating system, diagnostic logs, IP address, approximate region inferred from network data, and security events when needed to operate, protect, or troubleshoot the service.

Permissions and sensitive access

If you choose to upload a business logo or photos, the app may request photo library access or use the system photo picker. You can deny or revoke device permissions in your device settings. The app does not use advertising tracking.

How we use information

We use information to:

• create and secure your account;
• operate the calculator, quotes, bookings, invoices, and settings;
• sync your information across your devices and sessions;
• process subscriptions, billing, refunds, taxes, and fraud prevention;
• provide support and account deletion help;
• maintain app security, debug issues, and improve reliability;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, platform, and payment obligations.

Google Business Profile

Connecting Google is optional. You connect it by signing in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile and approving the access Google shows you. Nothing is read from your Google account until you do, and we never see or store your Google password. Information we receive from Google APIs is used only as this section describes, even where other sections of this policy describe broader uses of other information.

• What we access: the Business Profile listings you manage, such as business name, address or service area, phone number, website, hours, categories, and verification status, and the reviews customers leave on them, including the reviewer's public name, rating, comment, and date.
• How we use it: only to provide the features you use in the app. We create your Business Profile and start Google's verification when you ask us to, update your listing details when you change them in the app, show your Google rating and reviews in the app and, if you turn it on, on your website, and tell you when a client leaves you a review.
• Actions we take for you: we create, verify, or change your Business Profile only after you ask for that specific action in the app, and we tell you about every change we make to it within 48 hours.
• What we never do: we do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising or to decide credit or lending, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Who reads it: our staff do not read your Google information unless you ask us to, for example in a support request, or when it is needed for security or to comply with the law.
• Sharing: we share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf to provide these features, such as our database host, or when required by law. If PrimeWillCall Corp is part of a merger or sale, we will ask for your consent before your Google information is transferred.
• Storage: we keep information from your Business Profile on secured servers only while a feature needs it and never for more than 30 days, after which we read it again from Google. We do not alter it or combine it with other businesses' information. We keep the access Google grants us until you disconnect.
• Disconnecting and deletion: you can disconnect at any time in the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the access Google granted us and stop reading your profile, and within 7 business days we remove any role or permission we held on your Business Profile, so you keep full and exclusive control of it. When you delete your account, we delete the Google information we stored.
• Changes: if we want to use your Google information in a new way, we will update this policy and ask for your agreement before we do.

Cleaning Calculator's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Cleaning Calculator is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or share mobile data for third-party advertising. We share information only as needed with service providers and platforms that help us provide the app.

• Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage.
• Stripe for web payments, subscriptions, fraud prevention, taxes, customer portal, refunds, and disputes.
• Apple or Google when you use their sign-in, app store, payment, Business Profile, or platform services.
• Hosting, email, text messaging, support, and infrastructure providers used to run the app, the website, and support channels.
• Authorities, courts, payment networks, or other parties when required by law, to prevent fraud, or to protect rights and safety.

Text messages to your clients

Texts the app sends to your clients about bookings, quotes, and invoices are sent through Cleaning With Me, a texting program also run by PrimeWillCall Corp. How those clients' numbers and consent are handled is described in the Cleaning With Me Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Payments

Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment method, billing, device, transaction, and fraud-prevention information according to its own privacy practices. Cleaning Calculator receives limited transaction and subscription information needed to provide access, support billing questions, handle refunds or disputes, and keep records. If a purchase is made through Apple App Store or Google Play billing, those platforms process the payment under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and app information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you request account deletion, we delete or de-identify account data associated with your account unless retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, safety, or payment-network obligations.

You can delete your account in the app, or request deletion at cleaningwithme.app/delete-account or by emailing support@cleaningwithme.app. If you have an active subscription, you may need to cancel it through the purchase channel before deletion can be completed.

Your choices and rights

You can update app settings in the product, disconnect Google, revoke device permissions in system settings, unsubscribe from optional emails, request access or correction, and request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls for service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Cleaning Calculator is intended for cleaning business owners and workers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app, stores, payment flows, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this policy was last updated.
