Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Cleaning Calculator mobile app (published in Spanish as Calculadora de Limpieza), this website, support channels, subscriptions, and related services, operated by PrimeWillCall Corp. By using Cleaning Calculator, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who may use the service

Cleaning Calculator is intended for cleaning business owners, workers, and teams. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws where you use the app.

License and app stores

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your cleaning business. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law allows otherwise.

If you download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory app store terms, the mandatory app store terms control for that platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting access to your account. You are also responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

Subscriptions, payments, and cancellation

Paid access may be offered as a recurring subscription. Subscription price, billing period, taxes, renewal details, and cancellation options are shown before purchase.

• Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe may offer payment methods, accelerated checkout, customer portal, receipts, tax handling, fraud prevention, refunds, and dispute handling.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Web subscriptions can be canceled in the app, through the Stripe customer portal if available, or by contacting support@cleaningwithme.app.
• Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play must be managed, canceled, and refunded through that platform unless the platform instructs otherwise.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, required by an app store or payment platform policy, or expressly stated at checkout.

Client payments and processing fees

If you activate payments, your clients pay you through our payments partner Stripe. A processing fee is deducted from each client payment before the remainder is deposited to your bank account. The fee covers card processing and bank payouts; there is no separate charge for withdrawals. The fee schedule is shown in the app before you activate payments, and the exact fee applied to each payment is shown in the payment breakdown at the time of the charge. We may update the fee schedule from time to time; the schedule in effect at the time of each payment applies.

Connecting your Google Business Profile

Connecting Google is optional. When you connect it, you authorize Cleaning Calculator to act on the Business Profile listings you manage, only to provide the features you use: creating your profile, updating listing details you change in the app, and reading your rating and reviews.

• Your consent for each action: we create, verify, or change your Business Profile, or reply to a review, only after you ask for that specific action in the app. Only you, as the owner, can start Google's verification of your business.
• Notice of changes: we tell you about every change we make to your Business Profile within 48 hours.
• Stopping: you can stop at any time by disconnecting Google in the app or in your Google Account. Within 7 business days we remove any role or permission we held on your Business Profile, so you keep full and exclusive control of it.
• Your listings: you must own or be authorized to manage each listing you connect, the information you give us for it must be accurate, and your listings and any review replies remain subject to the Google Business Profile terms and policies.
• Cleaning Calculator is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

Text messages to your clients

Texts the app sends to your clients are part of the Cleaning With Me texting program, also run by PrimeWillCall Corp, and follow the Cleaning With Me text message terms. You may only ask a client to receive texts in the ways those terms describe.

Estimates are your responsibility

Cleaning Calculator is a pricing and business tool. Estimates depend on the rates, inputs, add-ons, discounts, and job details you configure. You are responsible for reviewing quotes, taxes, fees, discounts, service scope, and customer communications before sharing or relying on an estimate. The app does not provide tax, legal, accounting, employment, or financial advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of business information, logos, client information, service settings, and estimate details you enter into the app. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Cleaning Calculator, and as described in the next section.

Showing your business as a customer

You give us a limited, revocable, royalty-free permission to show your business name and logo in the app, on our website, and in our marketing to identify your business as a Cleaning Calculator customer, for example in a list of businesses that use the app. We will not alter your logo, suggest that you endorse any specific claim, or show your business more prominently than other customers. You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing support@cleaningwithme.app, and we will remove your business name and logo within 30 days.

Acceptable use

You may not use Cleaning Calculator to:

• violate laws, payment network rules, platform rules, or third-party rights;
• submit malicious code, disrupt service, or bypass security limits;
• misrepresent quotes, business identity, Business Profile details, subscription status, or payment information;
• store sensitive information unrelated to your cleaning business, such as government IDs, payment card numbers, or health information.

Account deletion

You may delete your account in the app or request deletion at cleaningwithme.app/delete-account. Deletion removes or de-identifies account data we are not required to keep. Some payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be retained as required or permitted by law and platform rules.

Third-party services

The app uses third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Apple, Google, hosting providers, email and text message providers, and support providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Apple App Store additional terms

For iOS users, these Terms are between you and PrimeWillCall Corp, not Apple. PrimeWillCall Corp is responsible for the app and its content, maintenance, and support. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

Your license to use the iOS app is limited to Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by Apple Media Services terms, including applicable Family Sharing or volume purchase rules. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app.

To the extent any warranty, product claim, legal compliance claim, consumer protection claim, or intellectual property claim relates to the app, PrimeWillCall Corp, not Apple, is responsible for addressing it, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.

Changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

Cleaning Calculatoris provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeWillCall Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if you paid nothing.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may request account deletion as described above.
